Camille Licate is an ANIMAL LOVER, WRITER, SPEAKER, ACTOR and ADVOCATE FOR GLOBAL POSITIVE CHANGE, dedicated to inspiring and empowering kids and adults to TAKE STEPS FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE. She’s traveled to Borneo Indonesia to study and film the endangered orangutan, authored and self-published the book, Small Shoes, written a family friendly feature film, IZZIES WAY HOME, been a 2 x speaker at Mike Dooley’s Infinite Possibilities Train the Trainer Conference, starred in many television commercials and short films. She’s also cleaned toilets at a day job, lived in a house where her bedroom window was held to the frame with duct tape, slept on an air mattress that her rescue cat used as her scratching post (you can figure that out) and has struggled with self-doubt, heartbreak and family illness. And through it all, she’s looked to animals and nature for comfort and guidance. She feels that it is part of her mission to be a voice and create positive change on behalf of animals and the environment AND educate, inspire and empower others, especially kids, to do the same!
